Kathleen and I spent the day making ourselves available to the students for midterm studies, and found ourselves in the kitchen for almost 2 1/2 hours prepping a broccoli type vegetable for tonight's dinner. Sreyprov, a second year student, studies at the Kampong Cham University and focuses on Economic Development with a rural emphasis. We taught Sreypov new English words about farming like "compost", "irrigation" and "fertilization", while we continued to practice our Khmer basics.
